About
I am a trauma-informed practitioner who leans into the wisdom of several therapeutic traditions, including Gestalt therapy and psychodynamic, systemic, existential, somatic and attachment-based approaches. This range of knowledge, which is further supported by key developments in neuroscience and couples therapy, allows me to tailor my work with you to meet your specific needs and goals.

My office is a place for you to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to uncover what is unfolding beneath the surfaces of your awareness. Whether you’re seeking individual or relationship therapy, I will work with you to notice your patterns, to learn more effective relational skills, to meet yourself with kindness and care, to stay grounded when your environment feels shaky, and to grow your sense of autonomy and agency. And in paying attention to how your past shapes your present, I will help you to notice how unspoken parts of the yourself can carry both pain and wisdom, and how listening to your body can reveal insights and possibilities that words alone cannot – all so that you can reauthor the onward nature and direction of your life.

I have extensive experience working with heterosexual and same-sex clients, supporting individuals and relationships across a range of structures, including monogamous and ethically non-monogamous partnerships.
